The Composition Lab is equipped with 2 computers, a synthesizer keyboard, outboard MIDI equipment, ProTools recording equipment and the latest virtual instruments available. The Composition Lab also houses the new Synthesizer Museum, the Music Department's growing collection of vintage synthesizers and samplers.

Composition Lab Use

The Composition Lab is available to upper-level Composition students and others at the approval by Terry Vosbein. Usage is expected to expand as more technology-oriented classes are offered. The lab is open to authorized users via ID card 24-hours a day.
