The University Chorus is a 60-member auditioned choir which presents several concerts each year. Conducted by Jerry Myers, the Chorus performs classical choral standards to jazz and contemporary to gospel. Membership is open to all W&L students with audition.

Past concerts include Brahms' Ein Deutsches Requiem the music of Irving Berlin & George Gershwin, Music for the Holidays, Mozart's Requiem and Coronation Mass, Schubert's Mass in G, The Music of Cuba and North America, Robert Ray's Gospel Mass (conducted by the composer during the ensemble's Artist-in-Residence Program), Gospel Symphonique with Clyde Wright, Haydn's Missa in Tempore Belli and the premiere of works by Austrialian composer Christopher Marshall.

The Chorus embarked on performance tours of Austria and Italy in 2001, Havana, Cuba in 2003, the Scandinavian region in 2005, and Germany in 2007.
